💼 About This Role

You'll support USSOCOM Staff in conducting HUMINT and intelligence missions, applying advanced targeting tradecraft to develop courses of action. You'll integrate HUMINT into broader targeting plans and mentor teams to improve long-term effectiveness. This role offers the chance to solve the government's most dynamic problems with cutting-edge technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute HUMINT targeting activities across the F3EAD/HUMINT targeting cycle.
• Develop HUMINT lead generation strategies and manage collection plans.
• Conduct Human Factors, Social Network, and Patterns-of-Life analyses.
• Produce timely reporting and finished intelligence products for senior decision-makers.

📋 Requirements

• Eight years of analytic or targeting experience in a National Intelligence Agency or Combatant Command staff.
• Five years performing targeting support to HUMINT operations or programs.
• Graduate of Targeting Foundations Course, HUMINT Targeting Training Seminar, or Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
