Description

You will own the lead generation engine, managing inbound and outbound lead processes to feed Sales teams with high-quality leads. You'll work at the intersection of Growth Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to ensure efficient routing and enrichment.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Demand Gen, RevOps, or Sales Ops in a B2B environment
  • Strong command of CRMs and workflows, ideally HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier or n8n
  • Fluent in French (C2 level or equivalent)
  • Familiar with enrichment and sourcing tools, solid spreadsheet skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and run the inbound lead stack, monitoring demo requests and ensuring pre-qualification flow
  • Build weekly outbound lead production, sourcing and enriching target companies
  • Assign accounts in Salesforce according to ownership rules
  • Deliver weekly high-quality outbound leads to Sales teams
  • Support cold email campaigns and email nurturing in HubSpot
