💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team overseeing design and construction engineering for fusion power plant projects. You'll direct construction contractors, manage change control, and coordinate with engineering to ensure systems are built to specifications. You'll report weekly progress to project managers and support problem-solving in the field.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct technical oversight of construction contractors for all CFS systems.
• Own construction change management system.
• Report weekly construction progress and issues to project managers.
• Develop and maintain standards for construction work packages and documentation.

📋 Requirements

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or other engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in industrial plant design and construction environment.
• Knowledge of the process to engineer, design and construct complex industrial projects.
• Familiar with construction change management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading a team of project or field engineers for large industrial construction projects.
• Certification in engineering management or construction management.
