💼 About This Role

You'll lead regional finance operations for a fast-growing fintech platform in Southeast Asia, ensuring financial health and scalability. You'll partner with leadership to strengthen internal controls and drive data-driven decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across regional entities.
• Consolidate and analyze financial results for monthly, quarterly, annual reviews.
• Lead preparation, monitoring, and management of budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Fully qualified CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
• 8+ years experience, including 3 years in Big 4 audit and regional finance leadership.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, tax, and regulatory frameworks across multiple markets.

• Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• M&A due diligence and integration experience.
