Description

You will design, build, and deploy Natera's Generative AI and Machine Learning platforms, enabling enterprise-grade AI systems for internal workflows and external-facing platforms. You'll develop production-ready GenAI and MLOps platforms with reusable components, and establish standards for AI/ML development across the organization.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Generative AI and machine learning engineering at scale
• Experience building enterprise-grade AI/ML systems
• Proficiency with cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, MLflow, Terraform, AWS)
• Hands-on experience with LLM runtimes, RAG, and agentic architectures
• Ability to develop standards and best practices for AI/ML development

Responsibilities

• Design and implement foundational GenAI services: vector search, prompt tuning, agent orchestration, document extraction, and evaluation pipelines
• Build infrastructure for autonomous AI agents with collaboration, reasoning, and memory persistence
• Implement RAG at scale: ingestion pipelines, chunking/embedding, hybrid search, and feedback loops
• Build agent orchestration with planning, tool routing, and inter-agent communication
• Automate data and model pipelines for RAG, LLM fine-tuning, and agent orchestration
