💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with financial advisors to accelerate their success on Savvy's wealth management platform. You'll own custom solutions end-to-end from discovery through deployment. This role blends full-stack engineering with client-facing impact at a fast-growing fintech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with advisors to understand onboarding requirements and migrate data.
• Build custom full-stack solutions for advisor success on the platform.
• Own initiatives from discovery through deployment and iteration.
• Debug and resolve live issues with clients and internal teams.
• Travel 2-4 times per quarter for customer migrations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and scaling production web applications.
• Full-stack proficiency: Rails (preferred), React (preferred), SQL databases.
• Excel and Google Sheets for customer-friendly data manipulation.
• Comfort with ambiguous, customer-driven environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Fintech or wealth management experience, especially data migration.
• AI tools experience for data integration and translation.
• Customer-facing engineering experience (forward-deployed or similar).
