๐ผ About This Role
You'll execute inspections of widebody aircraft to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and OEM standards. You'll mentor junior inspectors and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest levels of safety and airworthiness. This role offers the chance to work on complex large-scale aircraft systems in a Part 145 repair station.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Perform inspections of widebody aircraft and components.
- Mentor junior inspectors on techniques and compliance.
- Review and sign off on maintenance records and airworthiness releases.
- Coordinate with production and engineering to resolve discrepancies.
๐ Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A.A. Airframe and Powerplant License required.
- 5+ years heavy aircraft maintenance experience.
- 3+ years quality control in a Part 145 repair station.
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of FAA Parts 21, 43, 45, and 145 regulations.
- Experience with widebody aircraft like Boeing 737, 757, 777, 787, Airbus A320.
