You'll lead the Know Your Business (KYB) operations team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of reviews. Your core impact involves handling escalations for high-risk entities and coordinating with Compliance, Risk, and Business teams to maintain audit-ready records. This role stands out for its focus on KYB/EDD processes within a global payments infrastructure leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the KYB/EDD operations team.
• Conduct quality reviews and provide feedback on completed cases.
• Handle escalations for high-risk entities and sanctions hits.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, QA, and Business teams.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years experience in compliance roles within regulated companies.
• Robust knowledge of KYB/KYC, AML/CFT, Sanctions topics.
• Good understanding of the Payments/Fintech industry.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• ACAMS or ICA certification.
