• Partner with engineering teams to define project goals and track progress
• Engage stakeholders to communicate schedules and risks
• Develop and maintain project plans using Jira
• Enhance project management tools with AI capabilities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years managing software projects in finance/trading
• Comfort on the command line and programming/scripting experience
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
