Description

You will oversee the full global sales contracting lifecycle, including complex enterprise agreements and strategic negotiations, while balancing commercial goals with legal and regulatory risk. Collaborate with Finance, Security, IP, Data Privacy, Compliance, and product teams to close deals efficiently and safeguard the business in a fast-paced global sales environment.

Requirements

• Degree in law, business administration, or related field
• 5+ years relevant post-university experience in multinational corporation or international business environment
• Strong experience in commercial contract review and negotiation
• Practical understanding of risk assessment and escalation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end legal sales support process for assigned deals
• Assess and categorize incoming contracts and define review/negotiation strategy
• Lead commercial review and coordinate legal review with Legal Counsel and subject-matter experts
• Act as project manager for complex negotiations, orchestrating internal stakeholders
• Identify contractual risks, prepare risk assessments, and carry out formal risk escalation
