You'll accelerate market expansion by integrating G-P's EOR offering into partner sales motions. As a vital bridge between G-P and partners, you'll drive revenue and ensure mutual success when clients hire globally.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build a robust partner network to drive consistent lead flow.
- Serve as subject matter expert for international expansion in your region.
- Nurture relationships with partner leadership for executive buy-in.
- Deliver high-energy training to sales teams on G-P value proposition.
- Bridge partner-referred leads to G-P sales teams with transparent tracking.
๐ Requirements
- 5-8 years of success in partner-led or channel sales.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships across organizations.
- Sector expertise in HR Tech, HCM, or Global Payroll industries.
- Ability to drive execution through influence, not direct ownership.

- Direct experience with GTM strategies involving HR tech or services.
- Bachelor's degree in business, international relations, or related field.
- Partner marketing experience including event planning and lead development.
