You'll be the technical heartbeat of our CRM, turning strategic goals into functional workflows for global teams. You'll proactively solve problems and ensure 200+ users have a platform that empowers them. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of technical execution and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer HubSpot portal, manage user permissions and system health.
• Build complex workflows, custom properties, and automated sequences.
• Own end-to-end delivery of HubSpot-related projects.
• Conduct data-driven portal audits and implement optimizations.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years hands-on multi-Hub admin experience with paid Hubs.
• Experience with Miro for process mapping and Notion for project management.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects independently.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• HubSpot certifications in Marketing, Sales, or Operations Hub.
• Tool-agnostic and quick to learn new software.
