You will drive business outcomes through targeted global events, designing high-touch experiences for senior executives from strategic customers and partners, strengthening relationships and advancing Ripple's business priorities. This role requires balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence and creative innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience
• Dynamic portfolio of events with business results
• Creative thinking and willingness to innovate
• Knowledge and experience using AI to increase efficiencies
• Experience with marketing and event technologies (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Swoogo, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior collaborators to lead strategy and engagement for VIP contacts
• Coordinate event production aspects including content, gifting, AV, vendor management, and travel logistics
• Establish inclusive working relationships with partners across communications, design, product, finance, and legal
• Work with growth marketing team to drive event impact, measure success, and track ROI
