💼 About This Role

You'll join Roku's legal team to negotiate complex technology agreements, including cloud services, SaaS, AI, and data privacy contracts. You'll work cross-functionally to close high-impact deals and improve contracting processes. This hybrid role requires in-office presence Monday-Thursday.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate and close commercial agreements including SaaS and AI solutions.
• Improve templates, playbooks, and CLM tools for scalable contracting.
• Collaborate with legal colleagues on contract-related issues.
• Communicate proactively with internal business partners on deal progress.

📋 Requirements

• At least 7 years structuring and negotiating commercial technology agreements.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate agreements using templates and playbooks or from scratch.
• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS and cloud services contracts including data privacy and security terms.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ironclad, SharePoint, DocuSign, and Confluence.
• Experience using AI to streamline the contract lifecycle.
• A great sense of humor and a customer-service mindset.
