🎯 What You'll Do

• Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation for assigned customers.
• Monitor account health and execute adoption plays to drive engagement.
• Conduct workflow mapping using the IER framework and recommend optimizations.
• Support AI adoption by configuring standard AI workflows and providing training.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in technical account management or customer success.
• Proficiency with project management and productivity software.
• Experience with API integrations and workflow automation.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing interactions.

• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar platforms.
• Experience in SaaS industry.
