You will be responsible for building operations, vendor management, portfolio and space management, financial oversight, and sustainability initiatives to enhance the employee workspace experience at GetYourGuide.

Requirements

• 4/5 years experience in facilities management, health and safety in Germany
• Led larger projects on time and within budget (provide 2 examples)
• Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
• Led small teams or vendor workstreams, strong cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent in English and German

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Negotiate and supervise contracts with contractors and build supply chain
• Manage brokers and monitor contracts within international office portfolio
• Plan building layout, handle renovations, and optimize workspace utilization
• Monitor facility budgets and manage utility expenses
