💼 About This Role

You'll join Anthropic's CI team to build infrastructure that enables hundreds of engineers to ship code safely and efficiently. You'll design highly reliable CI systems that reduce friction in the development lifecycle. This role directly impacts the velocity and reliability of AI research and product development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build highly reliable, scalable CI infrastructure
• Develop intelligent test selection systems to reduce CI time
• Build incident response automation and observability tooling
• Improve test infrastructure reliability through flake detection

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience building large-scale CI/CD systems
• Deep experience with CI orchestration tools (Buildkite, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Obsessed with developer productivity and reducing friction
• Experience with container orchestration at scale

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with merge queues and branch management at scale
• Experience with test infrastructure and flake management
• GitHub API and automation experience
