Lead a team of product designers to shape the user experience for 6sense's Revenue Marketing product, working closely with cross-functional teams to build tools that help B2B revenue teams work smarter and more effectively.

Requirements

• Experience managing product designers, ideally across distributed teams
• Passion for simplifying complexity
• Deep experience designing enterprise software or B2B SaaS platforms
• Experience driving design initiatives from discovery through delivery
• Strength in UX strategy, interaction design, and systems thinking
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team of product designers
• Guide team in execution of product design priorities in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Oversee design of complex enterprise workflows and data visualizations
• Ensure designs are usable, scalable, and aligned with user and business needs
• Promote consistent use of the design system
• Advocate for voice of customer through research and feedback loops
• Hire, onboard, and develop designers
• Support broader UX Department initiatives
