• Track and manage all active opportunities in CRM
• Follow up on inbound and outbound leads
• Coordinate candidate interviews between clients and talent teams
• Assist in building proposals and deal artifacts

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in sales operations or recruiting coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple deals or projects simultaneously
• Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive)
• Professional English communication skills
