💼 About This Role
You'll lead strategic growth by identifying and converting high-value enterprise prospects for SFG20's building maintenance solutions. You'll build strong customer relationships, mentor junior team members, and drive complex B2B sales cycles in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategies while collaborating with marketing and sales leadership.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads to build sales pipeline.
- Deliver product demos and handle objections using solution-selling approach.
- Manage CRM, forecast revenue, and report on market performance.
- Mentor junior BDRs and assist in onboarding new team members.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BDM or Senior Account Executive role.
- Experience selling SaaS/technology solutions B2B to enterprise companies.
- Proficiency with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, or ZoomInfo.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with senior decision-makers.

- Facilities Management technologies or CAFM solutions experience.
- Prior experience mentoring a team of AEs, BDRs, or SDRs.
