💼 About This Role

You'll design and build internal products for the Customer Insights Adoption team, turning ambiguous workflows into useful systems for Customer Experience, Sales, and Partner-facing teams. You'll own technical architecture while contributing hands-on production code, and explore AI-assisted workflows to accelerate development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build production-quality front-end and back-end code for internal tools
• Lead rapid prototyping to identify high-leverage solutions
• Own API design, data flows, resilience, and observability
• Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, and Platform teams on data handling

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years building and operating production web applications
• TypeScript and React with Next.js expertise
• Back-end experience with Node.js and API design
• Experience with Contentful or similar API-first CMS

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with serverless or containerized services
• Knowledge of AI-assisted workflows or extraction patterns
• Familiarity with eventing or queue systems
