💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer success for a portfolio of Tier 0/1 enterprise accounts, owning renewals, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention targeting 130%+. Backed by $50M from top-tier investors, you'll drive journey management transformation at scale for global brands like Ford and Cisco.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of Tier 0/1 enterprise accounts with renewals and expansion targets
  • Drive adoption, value realization, and long-term growth using MEDDPICC
  • Guide enterprises in transitioning from static journey mapping to dynamic journey management
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews in coordination with Sales

📋 Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Enterprise SaaS Customer Success or Consulting
  • Proven ownership of renewals and NRR in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong command of MEDDPICC or similar enterprise frameworks
  • Experience engaging senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
