You'll lead customer success for a portfolio of Tier 0/1 enterprise accounts, owning renewals, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention targeting 130%+. Backed by $50M from top-tier investors, you'll drive journey management transformation at scale for global brands like Ford and Cisco.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of Tier 0/1 enterprise accounts with renewals and expansion targets
- Drive adoption, value realization, and long-term growth using MEDDPICC
- Guide enterprises in transitioning from static journey mapping to dynamic journey management
- Lead Executive Business Reviews in coordination with Sales
📋 Requirements
- Extensive experience in Enterprise SaaS Customer Success or Consulting
- Proven ownership of renewals and NRR in complex enterprise environments
- Strong command of MEDDPICC or similar enterprise frameworks
- Experience engaging senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
