💼 About This Role

You'll achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for nerve repair products in the San Diego territory. You'll operate from your home office, traveling to customer sites to train medical staff and develop accounts. This role offers uncapped commission and equity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute territory plans to exceed sales targets.
• Train medical staff on Axogen's nerve repair products and procedures.
• Manage field inventory to balance product availability and costs.
• Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints promptly.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years sales experience in medical sales
• Operating Room sales experience
• Must reside in the San Diego territory
