💼 About This Role

You'll take full ownership of UX across two key products in a B2B print-solution system, collaborating with developers and product managers. You'll drive UX/CX initiatives and design intuitive experiences for thousands of customers worldwide. This is a hands-on role where you define challenges and deliver solutions from discovery to launch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own UX for MFX Studio and Customer Partner Portal.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers on new features.
• Proactively drive UX/CX with stakeholders and C-level.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps.

📋 Requirements

• Senior-level experience in UX and leading UX initiatives.
• Involvement in product and customer experience (CX) design.
• Business mindset and ability to communicate with C-level management.
• Proficiency with design tools and concepts like mental models.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with hardware, IoT, or device management.
• Experience with RFID/NFC products.
• Fluent in Czech and English.
