You'll work directly with Attio's new customers to ensure their success, designing programs to support onboarding at scale. You'll identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams. You'll help reinvent how millions of people work with a CRM built for the AI era.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work directly with new customers via video, email, and chat to ensure success
• Design programs for customer onboarding at scale (guides, docs, office hours)
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales and CS teams
• Gather client feedback to contribute to product improvement

📋 Requirements

• Customer-facing experience deploying, selling, or managing complex products
• Experience solving business problems with technology
• Experience with SaaS concepts like APIs and JSON and integrating systems
• Some experience with a programming or query language (Javascript, Python, SQL)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with iPaaS solutions like Zapier, Tray.ai, IFTTT
• Basic programming skills and comfort with APIs

📨 Hiring Process

Hiring process includes a 30-min intro call, 30-min interview with Head of CS, 45-min technical case, two 30-min interviews with stakeholders and mock demo, and 30-min with CEO.
