  • Lead residential sales vendor strategy and manage executive relationships
  • Oversee sales enablement and operations for partner-led channels
  • Design scalable operational processes from onboarding through performance management
  • Own performance analytics including funnel health and dashboard reporting

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in vendor management, B2B partnerships, or sales enablement
  • 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record scaling third-party vendor sales programs
  • Experience building or leading a sales enablement function

  • Experience with Salesforce and advanced Excel/data analysis
  • Background in community solar or renewable energy
  • Program management certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
