- Lead residential sales vendor strategy and manage executive relationships
- Oversee sales enablement and operations for partner-led channels
- Design scalable operational processes from onboarding through performance management
- Own performance analytics including funnel health and dashboard reporting
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in vendor management, B2B partnerships, or sales enablement
- 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record scaling third-party vendor sales programs
- Experience building or leading a sales enablement function

- Experience with Salesforce and advanced Excel/data analysis
- Background in community solar or renewable energy
