You'll serve as the critical bridge between circuit design and physical reality, owning end-to-end layout of high-density multi-layer PCBs. Your core impact is ensuring high-performance RF and digital systems translate into reliable, manufacturable assemblies. This role offers the chance to work on breakthrough radio architectures that decrease 5G cost and power by 10x.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end layout of high-density multi-layer PCBs with FPGAs and BGAs
• Execute precision routing for high-speed signals (DDR4) and RF paths up to 10GHz
• Implement grounding and isolation strategies for mixed-signal partitioning
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure DFM, DFA, and DFT standards

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of PCB layout experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Altium Designer
• Proven expertise routing high-speed DDR4 and RF up to 10GHz
• Deep understanding of signal integrity and power integrity physics

• Experience with Rigid-Flex PCB design and thermal management
• Background in EMI/EMC compliance testing and mitigation
