💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a Real Property Accountable Officer supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency, ensuring compliance with real property agreements and budget tracking. You'll collaborate across teams to manage leases and facilities costs using ARCHIBUS and other tools. This role is onsite at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, DC, with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and verify accuracy of real property records
• Review and ensure compliance of tenant occupancy agreements
• Advise on expiring leases and develop renewal plans
• Track facilities costs using ARCHIBUS and CFO processes

📋 Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years relevant experience
• Experience with DOD real property management including leases
• Proficiency in MS Office, ARCHIBUS, and BUILDER

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MS Project
• Willingness to travel worldwide including USCENTCOM AOR
