You'll design and maintain PostgreSQL datastores and Python APIs for financial data at Intropic. You'll own features from conception to deployment, collaborating with researchers to convert user needs into working features. This role offers massive impact at a small London-based fintech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain performant PostgreSQL queries and datastores for financial data.
• Design, build, and maintain well-tested and production-ready Python HTTP APIs and pipelines.
• Use automated testing to build and own features from conception to deployment.

📋 Requirements

• SQL / data processing experience
• Scalable data pipeline development
• Some experience building effective programmatic interfaces in any language.
• Experience with PostgreSQL query performance optimisation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Single Page Application web UI development
• Experience ensuring data quality, integrity, and performance
• Hands-on experience with financial data sources (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv)
