💼 About This Role

You'll define what it means to build and run AI agents on the most durable execution platform. You'll own the end-to-end product experience for developers building agents on Temporal, shaping how we serve the fastest-growing use case. This is a high-leverage strategic role where you'll turn vague, ambitious questions into concrete product bets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product experience for developers building and running AI agents on Temporal
• Shape strategy for internal agent platforms at companies like Cursor and Stripe
• Drive multi-agent orchestration roadmap including handoff protocols
• Establish success metrics and feedback loops for agent platform adoption
• Partner cross-functionally with AI engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Developer Relations

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Deep AI and agent domain knowledge with hands-on use of frontier models
• Experience designing APIs, primitives, or developer platforms
• Distributed systems literacy including state, execution, and fault tolerance

• Experience with agent architectures like orchestration, tool use, memory
• Temporal or workflow engine experience
• Open-source community experience
