Description

As a Technical Support Engineer at ClickHouse, you'll provide expert guidance to customers across EMEA via chat, calls, Slack, and video meetings, triaging support tickets, assisting with pre- and post-sales activities, and contributing to knowledge base and documentation. You'll work closely with global teams to ensure excellent service and help define product improvements.

Requirements

  • Technical breadth in ClickHouse, SQL databases, OLAP, or distributed systems
  • Previous experience as Support Engineer, DBA, SRE, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal English and French communication skills
  • Ability to work fully remote with reliable connectivity
  • Teamwork and problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

  • Support and guide users via cases, chat, Slack, community, and meetings
  • Develop solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and open-source for documentation, blogs, and training
  • Collaborate with Support, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Product teams
  • Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues and customers
  • Deliver excellent customer service and meet SLAs for technical cases
