You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience, ensuring fans get their hands on the merch they love. Use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and support daily operations and sales targets.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture
• Communication, time management, professionalism, operations skills
• Drive to develop team members
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Able to navigate store, merchandise product, pack and unpack boxes up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support
• Open and close the store as needed
• Work the register and process sales transactions
• Drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Close out the register and communicate shortages or overages
• Understand store sales plan, comp sales goals, and key KPIs
• Assist with planogram changes
• Communicate fashion trend information
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft
• Maintain stock room organization and store tidiness
• Help develop and retain a collaborative team
• Perform any other activities as assigned
