You'll build and maintain the AI growth platform for real estate at a Series C company backed by top investors. You'll shape frontend architecture and lead migrations to modern systems. This role is fully remote in Latin America with high ownership and impact on a product used by top agents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead frontend architecture decisions and large-scale migrations.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system using Radix UI and Tailwind.
• Optimize frontend performance and ensure accessible component development.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers on feature delivery.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in React 18/19 and TypeScript.
• Experience building design systems at scale with component libraries and design tokens.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL and Apollo Client.

• Experience with micro-frontend architectures like single-spa or module federation.
• Familiarity with modern frontend testing frameworks like Playwright and Storybook.
• Track record of leading large-scale frontend migrations.
