💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale a global driver operations program for Mapbox's navigation products. You'll lead operational programs supporting strategic automotive customers and ensure technology performs seamlessly worldwide. This role combines team leadership, customer demos, and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Launch and manage global driver testing programs across geographies.
• Hire, train, and lead the Driver Operations team.
• Manage customer-facing demos of in-car software.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design test plans.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of operations and/or program experience.
• Proven track record managing teams across multiple locations.
• Strong technical and analytical mindset with SQL proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and external audiences.
