📋 Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or Masters/Doctor of Occupational Therapy
• License to practice Physical Therapy in New York State
• License to practice Occupational Therapy in New York State
• Completion of Herman and Wallace Level I or equivalent
