💼 About This Role

You'll own the NetSuite development that keeps Eucalyptus's financial backbone running across six markets, building scripts and workflows to accelerate month-end close. You'll partner daily with the Sydney-based Finance team and collaborate with two UK-based developers to deliver clean, reliable solutions. This role offers the chance to drive impact in a high-growth digital healthcare company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop SuiteScript routines and workflows for month-end close
• Translate finance requirements into SuiteScript solutions
• Lead scoped initiatives from concept to production
• Mentor junior team members and enforce code quality standards

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on NetSuite development with SuiteScript 2.x
• Deep accounting knowledge within NetSuite (GL, sub-ledgers, intercompany)
• Experience supporting a Finance team through month-end close
• Comfortable owning small to mid-sized projects end to end

✨ Nice to Have

• Multi-subsidiary, multi-currency NetSuite OneWorld experience
• Exposure to Celigo, BigQuery, or Stripe/Airwallex/Shopify integrations
• Prior work with distributed teams across time zones
