Description

You will own the product roadmap and end-to-end initiatives for Harness's Internal Developer Portal, collaborating with engineering, UX, marketing, and customer teams to deliver solutions that enhance developer experience and productivity. This high-visibility role requires technical depth and cross-functional execution to solve complex developer challenges.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management with enterprise SaaS/Cloud companies
• 5+ years managing technical products enhancing developer experience
• Ability to understand architecture and work closely with developers
• Customer-focused with data-driven decision-making
• Experience with Internal Developer Portals, DevOps, CI/CD, or infrastructure management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build product roadmap based on customer needs, business goals, and market trends
• Engage with customers to uncover unarticulated needs and drive success
• Define detailed technical specs, user stories, mockups, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
• Work with UX teams to deliver intuitive end-user experiences
