Requirements

  • 2+ years phone-based call center or metrics-driven environment
  • Real estate, mortgage, insurance, or SaaS onboarding experience preferred
  • Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and soft phone experience
  • Metrics-driven with a competitive spirit

Responsibilities

  • Represent Realtor.com professionally via phone, email, and text
  • Make 300+ warm dials daily to identify client needs
  • Conduct discovery of consumer goals, budget, timeline, and financing
  • Connect consumers with premium real estate professionals
  • Scheduling flexibility for late evening or weekend shifts
