Requirements
- 2+ years phone-based call center or metrics-driven environment
- Real estate, mortgage, insurance, or SaaS onboarding experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Tech-savvy with CRM and soft phone experience
- Metrics-driven with a competitive spirit
Responsibilities
- Represent Realtor.com professionally via phone, email, and text
- Make 300+ warm dials daily to identify client needs
- Conduct discovery of consumer goals, budget, timeline, and financing
- Connect consumers with premium real estate professionals
- Scheduling flexibility for late evening or weekend shifts
