As an Operations Associate, you will drive store profitability and efficiency by managing inventory processes, ensuring stock accuracy, and supporting visual standards. You'll handle shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and supply management while working closely with the store team to maintain a safe and efficient operation.

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with management to resolve gaps
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and sales floor replenishment
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom standards for safety and efficiency
