🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships with school partners
- Proactively identify issues and enhance partner satisfaction
- Analyze data to track success metrics and recommend improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers and Product teams
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Support or Account Coordination experience
- Ability to travel to various school locations in Southern California
- Experience in education or EdTech is a strong plus
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship

- Experience with Mode, Slack, Excel, Hubspot
- Bachelor's degree preferred
