🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and lead a disciplined regional operating cadence across all Service Lines.
• Drive consistency in operational reporting, KPIs, and performance visibility.
• Improve alignment between workforce capacity, backlog, and market demand.
• Strengthen forecasting governance, accuracy, and operational discipline.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in operational leadership within professional services or engineering.
• Strong financial literacy including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Experience operating within regional or global matrix organizations.
• Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand.

• Experience in fire protection or risk management industries.
• Prior P&L responsibility for a region.
