You'll generate new business and tailor insurance solutions for clients at a top-performing Farmers Insurance agency. You'll drive agency growth by meeting sales targets and fostering lasting client relationships. This role offers uncapped commissions and a path to agency ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively prospect and convert leads into policies
• Consult with clients to assess needs and offer coverage
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial products
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals using CRM tools

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience or proven goal achievement
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence making outbound calls and closing sales
• Willingness to obtain P&C or Life/Health license

• Bilingual candidate
