You'll build and enhance high-performance Flutter applications for a globally scaled social discovery platform. You'll shape technical decisions and improve application performance in a fully remote cross-functional team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of business features from design to production release.
• Design and implement scalable Flutter-based mobile applications.
• Review technical specifications and present architectural decisions.
• Develop clean, modular, well-tested code through peer reviews.
• Support QA and release processes by resolving production issues.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture and state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
• Experience building responsive UI and high-performance mobile interfaces.
• Solid knowledge of mobile app lifecycle and debugging tools.
• Experience writing unit and widget tests.

• Experience with crash reporting tools like Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry.
• Exposure to app store deployment and native Android/iOS integrations.
