📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in content design or UX writing.
• Portfolio demonstrating systems-level content thinking and impact.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously with senior stakeholders.
• Deep experience collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, and Research teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing content for AI-powered product experiences.
• Background in coaching, wellness, HR tech, or behavior change.
• Familiarity with Figma and AI writing assistants.
