You'll lead the AI team at Coram AI, building cloud-native computer vision and GenAI systems for video security. Your core impact is defining the technical roadmap and shipping production-grade ML at scale across tens of thousands of cameras. This hands-on leadership role combines architecture ownership, hiring, and people management in a fast-moving startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define AI roadmap and technical direction with leadership
• Architect systems deploying VLMs, VLAs, and CNNs
• Lead 4-5 parallel projects with execution discipline
• Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performance AI team

📋 Requirements

• Several years managing engineers in an execution-driven culture
• Strong technical depth in deep learning or computer vision
• Track record of shipping production-grade ML at scale
• Computer Science degree from a top institution

✨ Nice to Have

• MS or PhD in relevant field
• Prior experience as senior technical lead in robotics or AI
• Hands-on experience with real-time ML systems
