- Troubleshoot technical issues with WordPress, WooCommerce, and hosting environments.
- Guide customers through platform features and best practices.
- Identify recurring pain points and recommend process improvements.
๐ Requirements
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and/or WooCommerce beyond hobby use.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support within SaaS.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and clear communication in English.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote, autonomous environment.
