You'll shape employee experience and people strategy for Nepal, partnering with the Director of People Culture APAC on high-impact regional priorities. You'll bring people strategies to life, strengthening belonging and inclusion and using data-driven insights to drive consistency and efficiency. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with Director of People Culture APAC to execute regional people programs
  • Serve as primary People Business Partner for Nepal supporting cross-functional teams
  • Design and deliver employee experience initiatives like engagement surveys and culture programs
  • Drive execution of core people processes including goal setting and performance reviews

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in People & Culture or HR including 2-3 years as HRBP or generalist
  • Strong working knowledge of HR practices and employment laws in Nepal
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, performance/engagement tools, and people analytics
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate people insights into practical recommendations
