🎯 What You'll Do

  • Work with strategic Enterprise customers as a technical expert on Plaid solutions.
  • Own post-sales technical strategy and align mutual roadmaps.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize integrations and drive adoption.
  • Establish and own deep relationships with technical stakeholders up to C-suite.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in client-facing technology role combining business and technical acumen.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers.
  • Ability to tie technical solutions to business objectives and KPIs.
  • Deep understanding of APIs, databases, system infrastructures, and architecture.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools like Postman, SQL, and monitoring dashboards.
  • Experience influencing technical decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders.
