🎯 What You'll Do
- Work with strategic Enterprise customers as a technical expert on Plaid solutions.
- Own post-sales technical strategy and align mutual roadmaps.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize integrations and drive adoption.
- Establish and own deep relationships with technical stakeholders up to C-suite.
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years in client-facing technology role combining business and technical acumen.
- Experience working with enterprise customers.
- Ability to tie technical solutions to business objectives and KPIs.
- Deep understanding of APIs, databases, system infrastructures, and architecture.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like Postman, SQL, and monitoring dashboards.
- Experience influencing technical decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders.
