💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Customer Success team at Max Retail, a platform that helps independent retailers sell across multiple online marketplaces. Your core impact is driving inventory value and customer retention through scalable playbooks and data-driven processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and scale a team of CSMs into a high-performing organization.
• Own relisting, reactivation, and engagement strategies to grow payouts and reduce churn.
• Serve as HubSpot CRM owner, building workflows and automations.
• Design and maintain a live performance management dashboard for KPIs.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Customer Success or related field with team leadership.
• Experience with e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
• Proven track record in driving customer retention and growth metrics.
• HubSpot or similar CRM management experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Fireflies or similar call recording/audit tools.
• Background in retail or omnichannel selling.
