🎯 What You'll Do

• Own production data platform architecture across AWS and GCP
• Define data engineering operating model for ingestion and CI/CD
• Act as hands-on player-coach, 75% building, 25% mentoring

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience building production-grade data platforms with Python, SQL, and orchestration tools like Dagster or Airflow
• Strong track record of converting infrastructure improvements into measurable business outcomes
• Demonstrated technical leadership in a startup or scale-up environment
